Hello! With over 14 years of experience in the field of Counseling / Therapy, at Mandala & Meditation we provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for our clients to develop a clearer understanding of themselves, leading towards self-empowerment and autonomy.


About us
I am a certified Counselor trained in a range of counseling approaches, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gestalt therapy, Therapeutic Dance in Education, and Rogerian non-directive (client-centered) counseling. I draw from these modalities to create a safe, supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences at their own pace.
My work is guided by empathy, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I hold space for individuals to reconnect with themselves in meaningful and authentic ways. My approach honors the mind, body, and emotional self as interconnected, and I walk alongside clients with compassion, presence, and deep respect for their inner wisdom and natural capacity for healing.
I offer a calm, respectful space for reflection, movement, and self-inquiry, trusting each person’s innate wisdom and capacity for growth. My role is not to direct or fix, but to walk alongside, listening with care as clarity, balance, and wholeness gradually emerge.
